Christine Long
Christine is the co-founder of Hilltop Ranch. She plays a critical role in making sure the company runs smoothly and efficiently as a board member. In February 2008, Christine was selected to serve as Chairwoman of the Almond Board of California.
Dexter Long
Dexter’s lifelong involvement with Hilltop Ranch began as a young man sweeping floors when he was a student. By 1998, he was managing both the Huller/Sheller Plant and the Sorting Plant. In 2003, Dexter became Vice President of Operations. In 2010, he was named Vice President and General Manager of Hilltop Ranch, and in February 2012, he was elected to a three-year seat on the Almond Board of California.
Adam Reed
Like many members of the Hilltop family, Adam was born and raised in the Central Valley with an agricultural background, specifically in the almond industry. Growing up, Adam’s family farmed almonds and also owned a packing and huller company until 1996. Adam ran his own business for 15 years prior to joining Hilltop Ranch.
John Eisenhut
University degrees in Ag Management and Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a career serving grower interests – John coordinates supply-side activities.
