Dexter Long

Dexter’s lifelong involvement with Hilltop Ranch began as a young man sweeping floors when he was a student. By 1998, he was managing both the Huller/Sheller Plant and the Sorting Plant. In 2003, Dexter became Vice President of Operations. In 2010, he was named Vice President and General Manager of Hilltop Ranch, and in February 2012, he was elected to a three-year seat on the Almond Board of California.

California produces 70% of the world’s almonds, and Hilltop Ranch, Inc. is one of it’s fastest growing almond processors – numbered among a very few dynamic handlers who together ship 75% of the California almond crop.
